The reason why INFJ's need so much down time is because of our dominant cognitive function Ni.nnNi is always running in the background, but sometimes it gets stuck in the Ni Ti loop so it needs to unplug from life in order to make sense of things.nnSometimes this NiTi loop can make us depressed which I've dealt with and anxious, I feel it on my stomach and heart. This means it's time to pause, workout, get in our bodies, extrovert and then when ready, take action.nnWant to learn more about INFJ's? Comment below!nn--nListen to my podcast at lifeofgozo.com/podcastnInstagram @davidtrignTwitter @davidtriglanSnapchat @davidtriglan---nYou’ve seen the videos, read the stories, seen the ads. GOZO means JOY and it’s the name of my organization committed to bringing you JOY regardless of fear, anxiety and depression.nnGOZO is also my story and my calling.nnI grew up with joy in my heart and a belief that I could do anything!nMy childhood was happy, but as a young boy, I experienced war, loss, separation from my parents, fear of deportation and loneliness. nnI didn’t have a father figure in my life, I raised myself, but had an amazing grandmother who gave me everything and loving parents who wrote me letters almost every day.nnIn my 20’s and 30’s I experienced much success and love, married the love of my life, got my first real job, graduated from college, entered seminary, had three beautiful children, helped a ton of people through music, worship, speaking, outreach, worked with amazing people and did some pretty creative stuff.nnIt was a dream season in my life.nnBut then I began to experience fear, anxiety and panic attacks.nI sought help, began to take care of my body, mind and soul but then things got worst. Over the next few years I lost four jobs, lost two parents, was unemployed, uninsured, almost lost my marriage and went through a significant bout of anxiety and depression.nnAgain, I looked to God, mentors, therapists, friends and went deeper into my story to find the grace amidst anxiety. It was an incredibly tough season, only the grace of God and the love of my wife held me together.nnSlowly I began to heal, from January 2012 to January 2014, I started to once again recognize the hand of God in my life, slowly bringing me out of a long winter I called Christmas Cloud.nnToday, although I’m still a work in progress, but I am more focused than ever and ready to share what I’ve learned with others.nnMy greatest joy is my wife and children, married 23 years to my lovely Rachelle I couldn’t be happier. She is my dream, my inspiration, my checks and balance, my rock.nnCanela (18) is a model, Ms Teen Long Beach 2016 and is a college student at BIOLA University a private Christian college. Isabela (16) is a people magnet and a gifted singer. David Dennis (14) is a beast on the drums and has the gift of speaking.nnSince March 2014 I’ve hosted conferences, published articles, recorded a CD, started a podcast and webTV show and began to pastor a church. I’ve spoken at schools, churches, businesses, joined a crossfit community and even co-hosted a show with Clipper Daryl!nnGod is once again showing me that his grace is enough, that He loves me and that in my weakness He is strong! He’s truly changing my life, marriage and family one day at a time.nnThis is why I call this effort #GOZO! because my focus verse during this season has been “Though there’s pain in the night, JOY [or GOZO] comes in the morning” Psalm 30:5nnAnd the dream is not done, it’s just beginning. I long to bring #GOZO to immigrants and the poor, children, Latinos and families that have gone through what I’ve gone through.nnPerhaps you can relate.nnPerhaps you’re a creative type, entrepreneur, small business owner, a young leader wanting to change the world and who’s not afraid to talk about the imperfections of your past.nnYou’ve been through pain, loss, bankruptcy, your marriage almost fell apart, you almost died, you’ve been wounded but you did NOT give up. Your heart still longs for greatness.nnYou realize that in your vulnerability you are strong, that our power comes from our weakness not from being perfect or fake and that the best thing we can give to others is our selves, healed, powerful, ready and aware of how human we are.nnThis is REAL JOY! REAL GOZO!nnI invite you to become a member of the #GOZONation and #GOZOFamily, and live a life of joy inspite of fear, anxiety, loss or depression.nnSo what do I do?nnI provide a few things I have a passion for:nn1. Anxiety Workshopsn2. Communication Workshopsn3. Personal Development Coursesn4. Entrepreneurial Coachingn5. Mentoring Young Adultsn6. Speaker at Men's and Women's Conferences on Overcoming Anxiety, Personal Development and Spiritual Power nnOn behalf of my wife Rachelle and our children Canela, Isabela and David Dennis, thank you! You are part of our community and we value your support,nnUntil next time,nnYour #GOZO! friend, ndavidTrig Less
