Wecomeinpeace won the Recylum Trophée of Sustainable Enlightenment at the Light Festival of Lyon, with Njörd, the spririt of the Wind, an original creation that transformed the court of the City Hall in a modern sanctuary.nOn an immersive soundtrack, the installation showcases 26 light monoliths, within which fly feathers in an aerial ballet.nNjörd is a reference to the scandinavian god of wind, and also refers to the refined contemporary Nordic design. The installation draws up a mysterious landscape between mythologic scenery and modern space design.nFinally, it is a technical challenge that synchronizes sound, light, wind tunnel and moving elements.nnMORE PICTURESnhttps://www.flickr.com/photos/_wecomeinpeace/sets/72157649869819131/nnCREDITSnnEvent : Fête des Lumières (Festival of Lights), Lyon, 2014nClient : City of Lyon, FrancenProduction : WECOMEINPEACEnConception : Wilfried Della Rossa, Kimi Do, Thomas MathieunArt director : Wilfried Della RossanTechnic director : Thomas MathieunPartners : Music +, La Dame d'AngleterrenSound design : Squeaky LobsternVideo capture : BokehnnSpecial thanks to :nJuliette Albouy, Frédéric Niederberger, Alexis Bergeron, Clément Piottin, Paulin Grégoire, Sophie Tom, Oscar Mantilla, Gauthier Roussilhe, Olivier Khan, Claire-Louise Salles, Chloë Salles, Benoît Chanut, JS Dessaint, Lucie Davy, Yannis Lantheaume, Elanie Mathieu, Raphaëlle Catesson, Mathilde Servant, Evan Meixner, Mathias Perrette, Benjamin Abrial, Sophie Loiseau, Lionel Pommarat, Audrey Serna, Alexandra Le Bihan et Vincent Le Bihan.nnnFOLLOW USnnwww.wecip.comnfacebook.com/WECOMEINPEACEntwitter.com/WECIP Less
