The crime occurred at 6 August, a 16 years old teenager was killed in Teresina, Brazil. Reportedly, the young man named Victor was killed after an argument, but it is not known who were the authors of the crime. The grandfather of the victim, identified as Manuel said he was sleeping when he received the news. "I always took care of him, and I'm surprised, I was sleeping, he left home around 19h stating that he was going out with some friends, these guys always come here calling for him (...) I do not know if he used drugs, but I know his friends use. Its just me and my grandchildren at home, he would turn 16 in May, and now this happened" said the heartbroken grandfather.
