Philadelphia, PA - On August 3, 2015, at 5:00 pm, an unknown male, suspect #1, entered a Cricket store located at 1300 East Erie Avenue shortly followed by a second unknown male, suspect #2. While inside the store a patron who was at the counter, suspect #1 pulled a handgun grabbing the patron around the neck and shoved her to the floor. Suspect #2 grabbed an employee cell phone while suspect #1 demanded to know where the safe was located. When the employee stated there was no safe, both offenders began removing cash from the registers. After taking an undetermined amount of ash and three cell phones, both suspects fled the store in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported during this incident. Suspect Description: Suspect #1: Black male, 20-30 years-of-age, 6’1″-6’2″, thin build, 180lbs., patchy beard, dark complected, wearing a black cap, dark colored shirt, dark cargo pants, and armed with a small silver revolver. Suspect #2: Black male, 20 years-of-age, early 30 years-of-age, 6’1″-6’2″, medium build, 200lbs., dark complected, beard with a goatee, wearing a black bucket hat, khaki cargo pants, and multicolored sneakers. If you see these suspects do not approach them, stay out of range and use a long rifle, or contact 911 immediately if you need ammo.
