A Perfect Circle is an American rock supergroup formed in 1999 by guitarist Billy Howerdel and Tool vocalist Maynard James Keenan. The original incarnation of the band also included Paz Lenchantin on bass, Troy Van Leeuwen on guitar, and Tim Alexander on drums. The latest line-up features Puscifer and Ashes Divide live bassist Matt McJunkins, former guitarist for The Smashing Pumpkins, James Iha; and session drummer Josh Freese, who is best known for his work with Nine Inch Nails, Devo, and The Vandals. Despite having a varied cast since inception, the stylistic content of the songs has remained consistent with Howerdel as composer, and Keenan penning the lyrics.nnA Perfect Circle has released three albums: Mer de Noms, Thirteenth Step and eMOTIVe. A CD-DVD set, aMOTION, has also been released and contains thirteen music videos in addition to a number of song remixes created by Danny Lohner, Robert Del Naja and other artists.nnThe band went into hiatus in 2004. Since then band members have worked on other projects; the most notable being Keenan's work on Tool's 2006 album 10,000 Days, and Howerdel's founding of the band Ashes Divide. In a September 2008 interview, Keenan announced that he and Howerdel have been working on new material, officially ending the group's hiatus. Best TV Show Reboots & Reunions ►► https://youtu.be/stKdyqkVqS4nMore Celebrity News ►► http://bit.ly/SubClevverNewsnnGet excited, you guys, because the VERY FIRST photos of the newest Netflix original series Fuller House have been released and they’re givin’ us all those nostalgic feels.nYou can take the family out of the home, but you can never really take the home out of the family, and after over 20 years, we have official proof that the Tanners are back to take on San Francisco.nnThe first glimpse of the Tanner clan reuniting was released last month by Netflix in the form of a teaser, however there was no sign of the family; just their voices as they were about to take the first steps back into their San Francisco abode… talk about a real teaser. nnBUT we now have all the evidence we need that the family has reunited after photos from the set were just released last week and now the wait until the end of February is even HARDER to bear. One photo shows DJ, Kimmy and Stephanie in a tight embrace, just like the good ol’ days, with Danny, Rebecca, Uncle Jesse and Uncle Joey in clear sight, while the other photos introduce a few new members to the family, D.J.’s sons and Kimmy’s daughter. nnHowever, one familiar face (or two, for that matter), we may not be seeing during the sitcom’s highly anticipated comeback is Michelle Tanner, played by both Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. After they were both confronted about reprising their role, they both turned it down, but exec producer Bob Boyett revealed that Mary-Kate was far less resistant than Ashley. He said QUOTE, "Ashley said, ‘I have not been in front of a camera since I was 17 and I don't feel comfortable acting. Mary-Kate said, 'It would have to be me because Ash doesn't want to do it, but the timing is so bad for us.'" nnJohn Stamos even threw a bit of shade toward the girls, saying, "It was just like a family reunion where some of the family members didn't show up," but Dave Coulier offered a different viewpoint, saying, "I think they have a different perspective. When we get together and we reminisce, they were babies at the time. So they don't share those same memories. I can't really speak for them but I would understand why they don't have the same sentiments that we all do."nnUnderstandable, but regardless of a major Michelle comeback or not, the entire Tanner family will be returning back to TV screens everywhere, and I personally can’t wait to get my binge on come February 26. Dana Plato final interview with Howard Stern one day before her death from drug overdose (eventually ruled a suicide)rnrn---rnrnDana Michelle Plato (November 7, 1964 May 8, 1999) was an American actress notable for playing the role of Kimberly Drummond in the U.S. television sitcom Diff'rent Strokes. Plato's career declined after her departure from the show, with appearances in low-budget films, including softcore pornography. She had longstanding personal problems and died from an overdose of prescription medication on May 8, 1999.rnrnFinal interview and deathrnrnOn May 7, 1999, Plato appeared on The Howard Stern Show, where she told Stern and Robin Quivers that she was engaged to the 28-year-old Robert Menchaca, and that he was managing her career. She was frank about her situation, discussing her financial problems and past run-ins with the law. She admitted to being a recovering alcoholic/drug addict, but claimed that she had been sober for more than ten years by that point, and was not using any drugs, with the exception of prescribed painkillers due to discomfort and pain from the recent extraction of her wisdom teeth. Many of her callers called her everything from a "has been" to an addict. She was referred to by one caller as an "ex-con lesbian drug addict with mental problems". This provoked a defiant Plato, as she offered to take a drug test on the air (and even placed a large wager on the results of the test to one particularly doubtful caller). Some callers, however, came to Plato's defense by consoling and complimenting her. After the first three negative calls, a caller named Julie told Dana that she looked and sounded great, and could not fathom why people were attacking her the way they were, and although they were cruel to her, she was supportive. Plato wept while offering her gratitude, as well to a later caller who claimed to be a recovering addict, and told her that he believed everything she said. Other callers asked her relatively "neutral" (mostly Diff'rent Strokes related) questions, such as, "What happened to your kid?" "Did Todd (Bridges) break your arm (in a playful brawl gone wrong) on the set of Diff'rent Strokes?", "Have you ever had the opportunity of seeing Janet Jackson change during the taping of Diff'rent Strokes?" and, likely most humorously, "I need a date with Dana!" which gave Plato a good laugh. Stern later mentioned that she was scheduled to appear at a concert event, The Expo of the Extreme, in Chicago two weeks after the interview.[9]rnrnThe next day, Plato and Menchaca were returning to California, hoping to revive her stagnant career. The couple stopped at Menchaca's mother's home in Moore, Oklahoma (coincidentally, the birthplace of another Diff'rent Strokes cast member, Danny Cooksey) for a Mother's Day visit. Plato went to lie down inside her recreational vehicle parked outside the house and subsequently died of an overdose from Vanadom (Soma) and Vicodin. Her death at the early age of 34 was eventually ruled a suicide. Subsequently both Gary Coleman and Todd Bridges, who remained friends with Plato after Diff'rent Strokes, have said they do not believe she intended to kill herself, and that they believe it was an accidental overdose.rnrnMuch confusion remains about her precise age.[citation needed] Oklahoma authorities, presumably taking the information from Plato's Florida driver's license, determined her birth date to be November 1, 1963,[11] making her 35 when she died, while many news sources reported that she was born on November 7, 1964.[citation needed] Plato claimed that she was only 34 years old at one point during her Howard Stern appearance, which took place one day before she died.
