Dear Liveleakers, What you are about to hear throughout this video is the verbal and psychological abuse of a three year old child, by her mother. Her mother also began to harass my husband and I, for calling the Police (who continue to do nothing). We have to listen to this woman screaming and swearing at the topic of her lungs several times per day. Please listen the audio in it's entirety - even after the video has ended. We have never made a video here before, however due to the extreme level of corruption we are facing, we now turn to you, the public and the internet, in a last ditch attempt at justice and aid, both for ourselves and the children involved in this situation. To cut a VERY long story short, we have lived next door to the woman heard in the video for 8 months now. This is how she behaves constantly - in fact, for her this is passive. My husband and I have been severely tested, physically and mentally, since the day we moved here, purely because of this one human being. Day and night, she screams, verbally (and we suspect physically) abuses her children. Her partner, equally bad, also smoking marijuana and refusing to put an end to the verbal abuse in any way, shape or form. We are verbally abused and given death stares whenever we leave the house, because we have tried to resolve this 'the right way' i.e. the lady's real estate, the RTA, and even the police, all of whom do nothing but pass the buck back to one another. Meanwhile, I have miscarried our first child due to the stress this woman has inflicted, my husband suffers chronic migraines and back ache, as well as major depression and there have even been times we were ready to take our lives because we are sleep deprived, very ill and none of the supposed authorities give a damn about it, nor the fact there are two children being treated so cruelly (mainly the three year old). They can not claim to not know the severity of this. We have sent these exact clips to all parties mentioned above. This is our situation in a nutshell. We are appealing to the moral community of Liveleak to help us. If not us, then the children. We have exhausted all other avenues. All we ask is that you contact the local L.J. Hooker office and ask for Alana. This is the corrupt, patronising property manager who refuses to do a thing about this, and actively avoided speaking to us when we tried to contact her for a civil discussion. Only when we caught out the real estate lying to us about Alana being out of office twice and demanded to speak with her, did she finally speak to us. This lady outright lies to us about her responsibilities, saying, and I quote, "The tenants are keeping the unit clean and tidy, darlin" as though this is her one and only obligation in her tenancy agreement. We know better than this. Quoted directly from the RTA website, ""Respect your neighbours’ right to peace and quiet". This has been blatantly breached for 8 months solid. Alana does not care as long as she is getting her pay cheque. We beg of the community here to help us make a change. These children will be scarred for life if this goes on unnoticed for much longer. Our mental health has declined dramatically and at the age of 25, my husband and I live on a pension because of this intense situation. Thank you for reading. Less
