Comment transforme t'on sa passion de joueur de jeux vidéo en pratique "sportive" professionnelle ? Peut-on véritablement en vivre aujourd'hui en France ? Et quels sont les différents acteurs du domaine qui entourent ces joueurs ? Quel est notamment le rôle d'un manager ou d'un commentateur de sport électronique ? Les expérimentations des joueurs pour inventer une nouvelle pratique sportive et son environnement (médias, lieux d'entrainement, etc.) sont-elles compatibles avec l'agenda commercial des éditeurs ? Et finalement qu'est-ce qui distinguerait l'E-sport d'autres pratiques sportives ou de jeux traditionnels ? Pour répondre à ces questions et réfléchir aux enjeux du sport électronique, j'ai pu compter sur la participation de deux managers d'une équipe française de référence, AAA, et sur l'avis d'un commentateur professionnel, Alexandre "Pomf" Noci, également organisateur d'événements majeurs de la scène française.
