You can use these 9 methods, 3 of them shown here in part 1, to lower blood pressure naturally, wherever you are, on your couch, at work, your computer chair, anytime quickly and easily. Welcome to my channel, for more blood pressure videos like this one, hit that subscribe button and ring the bell. There are many ways to lower blood pressure, some people use medicine, a change in diet, exercise and lifestyle changes by ending some bad habits. These 3 easy methods are natural, can be done anywhere, doesn't cost any money and you can do them right now, anytime you want. So get ready, here's the info you need to know. It's no secret that stress and anxiety can affect your quality of life, cortisol levels, sleep and diet to name a few. Those issues make it much harder to stay calm and lower blood pressure making these 3 methods beneficial for you. The 3 methods are all based on relaxation techniques that can be done by yourself, anywhere you are and anytime. The 1st method to lower blood pressure is breathing. When people get stressed lots of times their breathing will become erratic. Your breathing can become short and fast, feel heavy or short of breath. Irregular breathing can bring on more anxiety and make things even worse. I want you to try this breathing method where you breath in slowly and count to about 5 seconds and then breath out slowly at the same rate for about 5 seconds. If it's possible, it's better if you can breath through your noise. After a few minutes you will find your body go into a more relaxed state with steady, normal breathing again. The 2nd method to lower blood pressure involves using a pressure point. This point is called the 3rd eye point and it's located exactly between the eyebrows, on the curve where the bridge of the nose meets the forehead. It's easiest to use either your thumb or forefinger and gently press the point for 1 minute. While pressing, take long, slow deep breaths to help calm the entire body. The 3rd method to lower blood pressure is a face massage. Make a series of tiny circles with your thumbs. Pay special attention to your temples, forehead and jaw muscles. Use your middle fingers to massage the bridge of your nose and work outward over your eyebrows to your temples. I suggest you try these methods any time you get stressed, before bedtime, home or at work. Be sure to check out part 2 and 3 of this video series.
