Stars arrive for the Joan Rivers send off, R.I.P Joan thanks for the Belly Laughs.nnStars, Family, and friends arrive at the Joan Rivers funeral in New York.nMourners including radio host Howard Stern, Donald Trump, comic Kathy Griffin and film star Whoopi Goldberg.nFans and media also gathered outside Manhattan's Temple Emanu-El.nJoan Rivers, died on Thursday, wrote in 2012 about how she wanted her funeral to be "a huge showbiz affair" and indeed it was!nRivers died a week after suffering a cardiac arrest while having a routine medical procedure.
