His art deals with language, symbols and signs, with automatisms of perception and the structures of society. In his paperworks he pruposely uses a beautiful aesthetic to bring critical topics to the viewers attention. He lures the eye skilfully along well-balanced colour shades deep down in an illusory black chasm. In his monochrome acrylic paintings of birdworms, he creates a rather dark atmosphere with these dark convolving creatures. 1010 i a conceptualist. His art doesn´t explain itself. An elaborate system underlies it, which evolved over the last years.nnAffenfaust Galerie presents:n02.10. - 05.10. | Kolbenhof | knotenpunkt.net/n1010, AITCH (RO), ALEXANDER ZISSOU, ALEX DIAMOND, AMANDINE URRUTY (FR), ANDREA WAN (CAN), ANTON UNAI, BASE TWENTYTHREE, BENE ROHLMANN, BJÖRN HOLZWEG, BOJE ARNDT KIESIEL, BRETT FLANIGAN (USA), CLEMENT COUDERC (F), DARKO CARAMELLO, DOPPELDENK, DXTR, EL BOCHO, ELMAR LAUSE, ELSA DESSARPS (F), FABIAN WOLF, FLYING FÖRTRESS, GOLDEN GREEN, HADRIEN ALVAREZ (F), HEIKO ZAHLMANN, JOYS (IT), JULIA BENZ, JULIETTE DÈJOUÈ (F), KI YOON KO, LAURENCE VALLIÈRES (CAN), LOOK, MARKUS GENESIUS, MATHIAS SCHECH (F), MONOM, MYMO, NELIO (F), NICOLAS BARROME (F), NICOLAS FRÉMION (F), NICOLAS NICOLINI (F), NONSKI, NYCHOS (AT), OTECKI (PL), PUSH, RIOT 1394, ROMAN KLONEK, SADDO (RO), SINA GREINERT, SINYOUNG PARK (KOR), SZUM A.K.A.
