In this Episode, watch the famous Italian appetizer Crostini By Ruchi Bharani. Ingredients: - French Loaf - Red Bell Pepper - Yellow Bell Pepper - Green Bell Pepper - Sliced Baby Corn - Tomato Ketchup - Pizza Seasoning - Chopped Parsley - Garlic Paste - Salt To Taste - Mozzarella Cubes - Dry Oregano - 1&1/2 tbsp Butter - Olive OIl - Pepper Method: - Cut the French Loafs into thin Slices - Take Butter, Dry Oregano (Hand Crushed), Garlic Paste, fresh Parsley in a Bowl and mix well - Apply this Butter mixture evenly on the Loafs on both the sides. - On a baking tray wrapped in Aluminium Foil, Put these Bread Loafs and put it in the Oven (Bake this Slices at 180 Degree Celsius for 5 mins) - Meanwhile, In a frying Pan put some Oilve Oil - Add Garlic Paste (1/4 Tsp), Bell Peppers, Baby Corns, Fresh Parsley, Pizza Seasoning, Dry Oregano, Tomato Ketchup, Grated Black Pepper and fry them for a few minutes. Turn off the Flame - Let the Topping cool a little and salt to taste - Take out the Bread Loafs from the oven - Top the Bread Slices with the Vegetables - Lastly top it up with Mozzarella cubes and sprinkle pizza seasoning on the chesse cubes - Put the Bread Slices back in oven for 5 - 6 Minutes and bake it till the cheese cubes belts - the Dish is ready to be Served hot Less

Pour la pâte feuilletée inversée : (j’ai fait la demi-portion de la recette original) - 375g / 190g de beurre - 150g / 75g de farine et - 120g / 60g de beurre fondu - 350g / 180g de farine - 1 pincée de sel - 150g / 80g d’eau. La différence entre la pâte feuilletée classique et la pâte feuilletée inversée ? Pour la pâte feuilletée classique on réalise une détrempe qui va emprisonner le beurre alors que pour la pâte feuilletée inversée c’est le beurre qui entourent la pâte (farine, eau, beurre). Cette dernière pâte est plus facile à réaliser car elle se travaille plus facilement et supporte les tours portefeuilles ou doubles, ce qui permet donc de raccourcir le temps de préparation. Le résultat sera plus friable et fondant. Pour quelles pâtisseries utiliser une pâte feuilletée inversée ? Cette pâte peut remplacer la pâte feuilletée classique dans toutes les recettes, comme le millefeuille bien sûr. Réaliser une crème pâtissière à la vanille (même proportion que la première recette) Laissez-la complètement refroidir sous film au réfrigérateur avant utilisation. Réaliser une pâte feuilletée inversée : L’important dans cette recette est de bien gérer la température des pâtes, il faut qu’elle soit toujours bien froide, mais pas trop pour pouvoir la plier sans qu’elle se casse. Nous avons réalisé notre pâte un après-midi très chaud, le beurre à fondu très rapidement. Mais ce n’est que le premier tour qui est vraiment difficile à réaliser par cette chaleur. N’hésitez pas à remettre la pâte au froid quelques minutes pour durcir le beurre. Mélangez 375g de beurre et 150g de farine, c’est la première détrempe. C’est normal que la pâte soit collante. Étalez-la entre deux feuilles de papier sulfurisé et former grand un carré (30 cm de côté). Mettez-la au réfrigérateur. Mélangez 350g de farine, ajoutez les 150g d’eau avec le sel ainsi que le beurre fondu (froid), c’est la deuxième détrempe. Cette pâte est plus difficile à réaliser car elle doit être suffisamment travaillée... Less
