The salsa was a perfect complement to the Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloins wrapped in Corn Husks. The leftovers make for some incredible tacos too!nnThis recipe comes directly from my friends George and Carolyn Dumler and their fabulous Southwest Dutch oven Cookbook.
