Le pirate de l'air responsable du détournement d'un vol d'Ethiopian Airlines entre Addis et Rome qui a été arrêté lundi à Genève était le copilote de l'avion, selon les autorités suisses.L'homme âgé de 31 ans a affirmé dans ses conversations avec la tour de contrôle « se sentir menacé » dans son pays et a demandé l'asile politique à la Suisse, selon le porte parole de la police Eric Grandjean. Il a déclaré avoir profité que le commandant de bord était allé aux toilettes pour s'enfermer dans le cockpit. An Ethiopian airlines passenger jet has reportedly been hijacked and forced to land at Geneva airport.The police are quoted as saying a hijacker has been arrested, no-one has been hurt and the situation is “under control”, adding that the airport was temporarily closed.Earlier the airline said that flight ET702 which had left Addis Ababa on its way to Rome had been forced to go to Geneva and that all passengers and crew were safe.It’s not clear who seized the aircraft or whether any demands were made. GENEVE - 17 fév 2014 - Un avion d'Ethiopian Airlines a été détourné lundi sur Genève. L'appareil devait relier Addis Abeba à Rome, mais a été détourné par un pirate de l'air, qui n'était autre que le co-pilote. Ce dernier a profité de l'absence du pilote, parti aux toilettes, pour s'enfermer dans le cockpit. L'individu a été arrêté dés l'atterrissage. Il n'était pas armé. Selon les autorités helvétiques, il réclame l'asile en Suisse... C'est lui-même qui a déclenché l'alerte détournement. L'appareil a été escorté par des chasseurs Eurofighter de l'armée italienne. Selon la police, aucun passager n'a été blessé durant le détournement. Tous les vols à l'arrivée et au départ de Genève prévus lundi matin ont été détournés ou annulés. Less
