OK for the folks that have followed the dog tails saga, here is the story of the new guy. He was neglected and most likely abused!! A product of two dysfunctional people and a bitter split up because of both of their inability to look within. The person that dropped him off at MY home was probably glad to be rid of him because his EX was the one that got the dog in the first place. AND she could not control the poor dog. I have talked with HER via email First contact was 2 weeks after he was here and she got my email from the ex. HE never answered the email I sent two days after the dog was here. I was looking for some real information about this dog and received NONE from HIM. When SHE contacted me I was elated to have some info about the new guy in my home. AND that morning I was set to go see his OLD neighbour and got the REAL info on them both from HER. SHE was also their LANDLORD, and told me things that BLEW my mind. LIKE this dog had BIT her !! That's right BIT HER. And NOT just a nip either. A full blown BITE. She talked for about an hour about them, but after she said he BIT her I was seeing RED and didn't quite hear every word she said. But did go an confirm what she was saying after that BIT ME thing. There wasn't one word from this dogs past owners about THAT, ALL happy Disney world stuff from this dogs past female owner. I did PRY the info out of her In several emails BUT she was laying blame on her EX the whole time. AND she also blamed the landlord for getting bitten !! SO This poor dog has really bad separation anxiety, has been shut away in a garage for 12 or more hours a day, scared of cars, wants to attack people, walking, biking, or people in general. And has the ability to shred just about anything within reach if left alone. AND can NOT be bribed with biscuits EVER. HE isn't a dog and I will introduce him properly in the next video. I also videoed his progress daily. And have them if you feel like you would like to see them, PM me and I will make sure you get to see them. IN one month he has changed drastically, He just needed someone that could take charge and be his ALFA HUMAN !! Less

US Defense Secretary Ash Carter says the United States is opening a new phase of its strategic shift toward the Asia-Pacific region. Carter delivered a speech at Arizona State University on Monday, one day before launching his first trip to Japan and South Korea as defense secretary. Carter said the US will use every capability it has to continue to exert its influence in the region, adding that it would invest in high-end weapons to cope with changes in security situations there. The defense secretary said the United States and many other countries are deeply concerned about some of the activities China is undertaking. He cited China's opaque defense budget, its actions in cyber space, and its behaviors in places like the South China Sea, where there is a number of serious questions. Carter expressed hope that military exchanges between the US and China will improve their mutual understanding and will reduce risk with China. He also referred to the review of guidelines on US-Japan defense cooperation that both countries are working to complete later this month. Cater said the new set of guidelines will allow cooperation to move to a whole new level in areas such as outer space and cyber space. The defense secretary is scheduled to meet Japanese defense minister Gen Nakatani on Wednesday. Less
