Under Illegal Surveillancenn"It would appear on the surface that I'm a really successful guy who has it all together," Matt, an attorney and entrepreneur, says. "But the last four years of my life have been nothing more than hell," he claims. Matt explains that he is being monitored by a technologically-advanced group that he calls "The Organization." He claims that they have, at one time or another, hacked all of his electronic devices, including cell phones, computers and his car GPS. "I'm on my seventh computer. I've purchased 25 cell phones. I've easily spent $20,000 in the past year," Matt says. "But it doesn't matter; they're going to hack it." Matt claims that his stalkers have also followed him in person, showing up at restaurants and, recently, trailing him through the grocery store.nn"It is so hard for me to tell people about this, because I know it sounds crazy," Matt admits. "But it is so real." He confides that he's not sure why he's being followed and says his uncertainty only adds to his anxiety. Matt says that in addition to strangers, he said that past romantic interests, roommates and neighbors have all been part of the conspiracy. "I don't believe I'm the only one being stalked," he adds. "I think we're all part of a major game, like The Hunger Games. There has to be an end goal. I just don't know what it is yet."nn"You know that I approach this from a different point of view, in that I'm a mental health professional," Dr. Phil says to Matt.nn"I have, like, a little game that I play like 'Rock paper scissors,'" Matt replies. "I play a game called, 'Evidence substance abuse mental health,' and evidence wins," he insists.nn"If you look carefully, the individual signaled the car." Matt says he caught his stalkers following him.n"nnDr. Phil responds. He adds, "I really was curious when you said, 'Look at these cars pulling out and lights turning on.nnHear from Rick and Paul, two of Matt's oldest friends. Do they think he's being followed? YESnn"You said 10 to 15 stalkers followed you into the grocery store and followed you aisle to aisle." What does the security camera footage show?nnDr. Phil introduces Doug Kane, a private investigator and the president of Risk Control Strategies. He explains that Doug and his team examined Matt's computers, cell phones and other electronics for evidence of tampering. "We evaluated all the files. We evaluated all the programs," Doug says. "At the conclusion, we found absolutely no evidence of any keyloggers, tracking softwarenn"You're still not explaining to me how 20 computer files all have a virus marked with the same name, referring to this company," Matt responds. "They access my computer frequently," he insists. "Obviously, they have computer technicians there with expertise even greater than yours, as much as I respect you," Matt continues. "If they wanted to clean the computer, they could easily do that."nnA black wire, which Matt says he found in his attic. Matt explains that he believes it was part of a video recording system set up by his stalkers. "This is a pretty serious matter to me," Matt comments. nnDr. Phil responds. "I am treating you with dignity and respect. I'm dealing with what you brought me, and if I don't agree with something, then you start being critical of it." He adds, "You might bully other people that way, but you're not going to bully me that way."nn"We go get you physical evidence, because I want to help you"nnMatt says he went "undercover" and would pretend to buy drugs from dealers to see how his stalkers responded. "Everybody in the world involved thought I was high. I'd walk out of the house, and I'd still see cars following me," Matt insists. "It was the proof I needed to know that not only am I sane, but there's a pattern."nnDr. Phil says that in addition to taking a drug test, Matt requested a mental evaluation, because he says he's tired of people not taking his stalking claims seriously. Dr. Phil sends Matt to see Dr. Charles Sophy, a Board Certified psychiatrist and the Medical Director for the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services.nn"My evidence overrides any psychological opinion you're going to make of me." And, Dr. Sophy weighs in: "You're highly, highly anxious."nn"I will go through every single bit of therapy that you think I should explore if you will just open the door to have all of my evidence inspected by the FBI," Matt responds.nn"I can certainly make the referral to people who will listen," Dr. Phil promises. "How do you feel about coming here?" he asks Matt.nn"I honestly wish I never came here," Matt replies. "I have nothing but respect for you, but I just don't feel like you showed all of the evidence." He continues, "I told the producers before the show that I don't think it should air in ten days. I think this is something that should take three months of time. I have 1,784 pieces of evidence."nnNOTICE: YOU MAY NOT REUPLOAD (STEAL) VIDEOS FROM THIS CHANNEL! Less
