They opened fire onnever-conscious Awo Boys.nThey headed for the block where thenstudents Union Officials where resident.nTheynsmashed doors opened. They enterednGeorgenIwilade's room. George Iwilade wasnsleeping.nThey shot him and smashed his head withnan axe to make sure he was dead. Theynkilled 4 other student leaders. GeorgenIwilade, a.k.a Afrika, was the 21 year oldnyoung, vibrant revolutionary and radicalnstudents' union Secretary General. Henchampioned the causes of students. Henfought against oppression andnvictimizationnof students by authorities. He foughtnagainstnintimidation of students by cultists.
