Ławka uiliuili, zaprojektowana przez architekta Piotra Żurawia, to mebel miejski charakteryzujący się intrygującą estetyką. Jego nietypowy kształt prowokuje użytkowników do nietypowych zachowań – na uiliuili można usiąść, ale można także się na niej położyć, rozciągnąć, zwinąć w kłębek, usiąść nieco wyżej, wejść na konstrukcję, wskoczyć na nią… Możliwości jest wiele i pewnie kolejne odkryją ich użytkownicy, korzystając z uiliuili wedle własnych upodobań i pomysłowości.nnAżurowa konstrukcja uiliuili z drewna bukowego i stali, długa na dziesięć metrów i szeroka na trzy, została zaprojektowana zgodnie z zasadami ergonomii, a drewniane siedzisko jest przyjemne w dotyku i emanuje ciepłem. Umieszczona w przestrzeni minimalistycznej bryły biblioteki, przyciąga uwagę, ale nie dominuje. Skąd nazwa? Układ liter w słowie "uiliuili" nawiązuje do falistego kształtu ławki. nnŁawka nie ma służyć jedynie studentom – choć czyta się na niej doskonale i doskonale odpoczywa w przerwach od pracy intelektualnej – ale ma stać się miejscem spotkań i odpoczynku dla wszystkich, którzy cenią dobry design i są otwarci na nowe, inspirujące rozwiązania. nnuiliuili powstała w ramach uniwersyteckiego projektu „dobrze wiedzieć więcej | good to know more”. Punktem wyjścia było przekonanie, że Uniwersytet Wrocławski jest doskonałym miejscem do realizacji ciekawych idei – także tych wykraczających poza codzienną, naukową i edukacyjną, działalność uczelni.
