VIDEO: Savawn Kyle who shot a Renard Smith over money and left him for dead, San Antonio, was arrested four months later and charged with capital murder, police said. The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force on Friday arrested 23-year-old Savawn Kyle on the North Side.nnPolice said Kyle shot 29-year-old Renard Smith at a convenience store near the intersection of Midcrown Drive and Walzem Road. Investigators said Kyle walked away with cash. Police said surveillance video and a tip from the public led to the arrest.nn"We have to have enough probable cause before we issue that warrant, and finally, detectives got to that point with that Crime Stoppers tip, with some witness information and then some evidence from the scene. We felt that Mr. Kyle was the prime person that we were looking for," said Officer Doug Greene, with the San Antonio Police Department. "Y'all Need To Go Get That Mixtape"nnA suspect accused of fatally shooting a 29-year-old man on the Northeast Side over money owed in October was apprehended Friday.nnSavawn Kyle, 23, faces a capital murder charge in the death of Renard Smith, who was gunned down Oct. 25 outside The Right Choice Food Mart, 8011 Midcrown Drive, according to the San Antonio Police Department.nnSmith was found shot in the head when officers arrived at the store about 8 p.m. and was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center, police said. He was pronounced deceased at 10:01 p.m., according to previous reports.nn“Hell, naw. I ain’t worried about no (accusations),” Kyle said, using explicit language Friday evening as he was escorted to a police SUV at the San Antonio Public Safety Headquarters, 315 S.
