Marissa Webb's Fall/Winter 2013 collection at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week featured tailored, fitted pieces with feminine, chic undertones. We loved her juxtaposition of polished lines and shapes with more feminine skirts and dresses. Originally a tomboy, Webb's collection shows the best of both worlds -- tweed blazers, fitted pantsuits, longer, more conservative shorts, chic shift dresses, and leather skirts. Our favorite item was a leather short sleeve pullover lined with faux fur, perfectly warm, yet gorgeous. Webb played with different fabrics, from tweed, to leather, to jeweled embellishments. Her line featured electric red leather pants, high neck tops, cool collars, and a fitted leather jacket. Of course, the models rocked her tailored knee length wool coats and gorgeous shoes, all featuring ankle straps and worn with stockings. We love her use of ascots and layers, a perfect way to stay warm in the fall/winter. MW Look 13 MONIKA To get her look, Maybelline make up artist Charlotte Willer went for a super natural, polished and chic look that was both masculine yet feminine. To make sure the make up didn't overpower the collection, they used Fit Me Foundation and Fit Me Powder, applied using their hands for a very natural look. On the eyes, the artists used Master Drama Liner in dark brown and put on using their fingers for a soft, smoky feel.
