Simply place it in the mailbox outside her room. Remember, it is a quiz grade.nnnLEOSnnThis past weekend, the Waxahachie LEO club attended the State LEO conference in Midland, Texas. Our club brought back 1st place in the presentation contest and won 4 other awards. A big thank you goes out to the LIONS and to Mr. Burns for allowing us to attend this event.nnnWHS DRAMAnThe Waxahachie High School Drama Department is pleased to announce their first show of the season, The Curious Savage. The show will run in the Fine Arts Center, Thursday, November 8th through Saturday, November 10th at 7 p.m. with a special matinee at 2 p.m. on Saturday as well. Tickets are $7 for general admission, students and WISD faculty and staff $5. Come and enjoy a great performance.nnPROJECT GRADUATIONnSeniors keep selling Project Graduation cards...there is another chance to win $200.00 before the Winter break. For every card you sell from now until December 17th, you will be into the drawing for the prize. nRemember to pick-up your cards and turn in your money every Monday in the cafeteria, during all 4 lunches.nnSOCCERnThis Thursday, November 8th there will be a soccer meeting at 4:00pm at the Multi Purpose Dressing Field House between the tennis courts and the stadium, for all players NOT currently enrolled in the high school soccer classes. This Soccer Try-Out Information meeting is for anyone, not enrolled in girls or boys soccer currently, but want to try out for this year's teams. nAll information needed to try out will be discussed. We will have 3 girls and 3 boys team this year, so make sure not to miss this meeting for your chance to represent Waxahachie High School.
